The service

Salonzy is a marketplace that connects customers with salons, artists, and beauty professionals. We facilitate discovery, booking, payments, and support — salons and artists are independent service providers, not employees of Salonzy.

Platform availability

Salonzy is launching in focused phases across India. We are onboarding salons, artists, and customers in stages so we can keep the experience reliable as coverage, features, and availability windows expand.

Account & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• By creating an account you confirm you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Bookings & payments

Appointment times, prices, and service descriptions are set by salons/artists. Payment may be collected online (Razorpay/Cashfree) or at the salon as shown at checkout. You agree to arrive on time and follow salon policies communicated in your booking confirmation.

For online payments, the selected gateway may return a transaction or reference ID and payment status. Salonzy may use that record to confirm the booking, reconcile the payment, process a refund, or respond to support requests. The record confirms the payment event or status only; it does not certify the service quality or legal status of an independent salon or artist.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation windows and refund eligibility are shown at checkout and detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Salonzy may facilitate refunds but does not guarantee outcomes for disputes outside published policy.

Offers & promotions

Promotional codes and platform offers are subject to eligibility rules, expiry dates, and salon participation. Salonzy may modify or withdraw offers without prior notice where permitted by law.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the Platform, harass staff or customers, submit fraudulent bookings, scrape data, or attempt to circumvent payments or fees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salonzy is not liable for indirect damages, service quality at third-party salons, or events outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to Salonzy for the booking in dispute.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
